Products

Composition Roofing

Composition roofing is the most affordable material option and is very easy to work with. There is a large variety and various color options. This type of roofing provides safety with excellent fire resistance. Composition roofs are very reliable, durable, and easy to repair/ maintain. Asphalt shingles have been around for over 100 years and are by far the most common type of roofing in the PNW.

Low-Slope Roofing

Also commonly referred to as flat roofs, low slope roofing has many options. All low slope products are designed to keep moisture from entering a building that has little to no slope for water to drain. Popular choices for low slope roofing are modified bitumen, single ply, built up roofing/BUR, and some metal roofing systems. The use of insulation and roof boards are typically a part of a complete low slope roof system.  Not all low slope applications are a good fit for all buildings, so understanding which one is best for you and your building is key to the longevity of your roof and investment.

Metal Roofing

Metal roofing is the most durable material and provides longevity; if installed correctly it could last 2-3 times longer than a standard asphalt shingle roof. Metal roofs are lightweight, which helps preserve the integrity of the building structure. Choosing this type of roofing requires minimal maintenance with slower growth of moss and other vegetation compared to other types of roofing. Metal roofs are extremely wind resistant. Additionally, metal is noncombustible and the most fire-resistant material which often leads to a Class A fire rating. Metal roofing is also highly recyclable and one of the most eco-friendly roof types.

Wood Shake / Shingle Roofing

These roofing materials have been around and effective for hundreds of years and are one of the more traditional roofing product choices. Made from a sustainable, environmentally friendly resource, cedar provides the aesthetics and quality desired in long-lasting protection on your home. Cedar is weather resistant in multiple climates. In our opinion, there is no beating the look of a new wood shake/shingle roof.
